Senior PHP Web Developer, Manchester City Centre
Docnet are looking for a talented developer to join our growing
production team. We are profitable and have been established for over
10 years, based in the heart of Manchester city centre on Deansgate.
We are a passionate and sociable bunch of geeks (16 of us) who love
what we do and are constantly working to push both ourselves and our
clients.
Candidates should have:
* 3+ years commercial development experience
* A very solid understanding of OO programming concepts
* An understanding of design patterns, such as Singleton, Factory,
Observer etc.
* Experience with PHP5
* Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL), XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS
* Experience with Linux/Unix based operating systems is a significant
advantage
* A good feel for web site & interface aesthetics
Salary is £27k - £32k, negotiable and dependant on ability and
experience. Benefits include a flexible working environment and a
